Politics feels like a game played by a few, with the consequences felt by everyone. Today, I watched a local debate—full of big promises, few clear answers. It made me wonder: is politics about service, or survival?
Leaders talk about change, but change often comes too slow—or not at all. Still, I can’t ignore politics, because it shapes everything: the price of food, the quality of schools, even the air we breathe.
Maybe the problem isn’t politics itself, but the way it’s played. Until more people care enough to demand better, we’ll keep getting the same cycle—noise, elections, disappointment.
But hope remains. It has to.
